GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per-diem position in a rehabilitation facility located in Albuquerque, NM . This role focuses on delivering targeted therapy and support to patients with communication and swallowing challenges, helping them regain critical functions and improve their quality of life.

• Evaluate patients for speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy sessions tailored to individual rehab goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams for comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on carry-over strategies and home programs
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge summaries accurately
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and industry regulations

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensure: Active New Mexico SLP license
• Certifications: BLS certification required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a rehab or acute care setting preferred
• Technical Skills: Skilled in diagnostics, individualized care planning, and therapy techniques
• Soft Skills: Compassionate communicator, team-oriented, flexible
