We are seeking an insight-driven, curious, and experienced event marketer to own the end-to-end speaker readiness and logistics for Amazon Ads global events. In this highly cross-functional role, you will join our Speaker Program team, a strategic Brand Marketing team that prepares our speakers to represent Amazon Ads at global events and conferences. Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills and be comfortable managing projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in gaining executive alignment, communicating internally with stakeholders and externally (to customers), and collaborating cross-team is a must. Our team creates best-in-class creative and content experiences that educate and inspire advertisers to grow their brand with Amazon Ads. We operate at the intersection of digital and in-person experiences and are uniquely suited to be the voice of our diverse customer audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and scale our speaker program while managing high-profile speakers worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

Lead comprehensive speaker readiness initiatives and logistics, including pre-event preparation, onsite support, and post-event analysis for Amazon Ads first-party and industry events

Work closely with senior business leaders and talent event speakers

Create and deliver regular program status reports and

analytics to key stakeholders

Manage and update the Speaker Program wiki, ensuring

content remains current and accessible

Coordinate and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including but not limited to event content leads, event producers, PR, talent liaisons, and agency production partners

Identify and implement operational efficiencies to

optimize event execution and enhance customer experience

Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key

stakeholders across the organization

Maintain comprehensive speaker databases tracking

certification status, expertise domains, speaking history, and performance

metrics

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of program management experience

Proven track record of managing high-visibility events

or programs involving senior stakeholders

Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end

delivery, and executive-level communications

Excellent project management skills with ability to

handle multiple concurrent initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with data analysis and reporting

Flexible schedule to accommodate event demands

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and

international)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing speaker programs or similar event

logistics e.g. Cannes Lions

Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape

Proficiency with project management tools and database

management

Event management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
