The Sonographer OB/GYN MFM (Maternal Fetal Medicine) plays a critical role in the delivery of advanced diagnostic ultrasound services focused on obstetrics and gynecology. This position supports our team of OB/GYNs and maternal-fetal specialists by capturing accurate and high-resolution images that guide care during complex or high-risk pregnancies. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and a compassionate approach to working with patients and families during critical stages of care.

• Perform diagnostic OB/GYN ultrasound exams, including 2D, 3D, 4D, and Doppler imaging
• Follow MFM-specific protocols to evaluate fetal growth, anatomy, and wellbeing
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, perinatologists, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists
• Prepare and review preliminary findings with physicians for follow-up care decisions
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
• Educate patients and families about procedures in a supportive and professional manner
• Ensure all imaging is performed in accordance with safety standards and compliance guidelines
• Stay current on new imaging techniques and best practices in maternal-fetal sonography
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and manage the imaging lab workflow
  
  

• Certified OB/GYN Sonographer with RDMS or ARDMS credentials
• Specialized training or clinical experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• High level of professionalism, accuracy, and patient care standards
