About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Digital & Technology division in India. This role is part of our Invoicing application for the Advisory & Transaction business line. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of solutioning, design, and delivery of business requirements. They will ensure that the application meets non-functional requirements (NFR), is highly secure, and scalable.

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of solutioning,

design, and delivery of requirements for the business.

Ensure application performance meets NFR,

and maintain high security and scalability standards.

Develop and maintain full stack

applications using the Python Django framework.

Collaborate with distributed Agile teams

spread across multiple countries.

Contribute to continuous improvement in

the development process and product quality.

Provide technical leadership and mentor

junior team members.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's or Master?s degree in Computer

Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in full stack

development using Python Django framework.

Strong understanding of software

development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and distributed team

collaboration.

Experience in designing and implementing

secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and

ability to work under minimal supervision.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
