Software Engineer - Backend

We're looking for talented Backend Engineers to join our team and help bring the power of generative AI to life. In this role, you'll work across the full development lifecyclefrom idea to productioncollaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative features and scalable backend systems.

Requirements

• Build and own end-to-end delivery of core product featuresfrom design and development to testing and deployment.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to translate ideas into high-performing backend services.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code that can be easily understood and extended by others.
• Investigate and prototype new technologies and solutions to push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Define and champion best practices for building modern web applications and cloud-based services.
• Contribute to building scalable cloud infrastructure to support our AI-powered applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Python , Java , or JavaScript .
• Experience working with at least one major cloud provider ( AWS , Azure , or GCP ).

• Strong understanding of database systems relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with pub/sub systems like Kafka , AWS SNS , or Azure EventHub .
• Exposure to Elasticsearch for search and analytics functionality.
• Experience building bulk data ingestion pipelines and analytics services .
• Proven ability to optimize performance across the backend stack.
• Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environments is a plus.
