The National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Journeyman SOFA Specialist to provide program support onsite for our customer. This opportunity is in anticipation of a contract award that is expected this month!

What you'll be doing:

Overall management of the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Article 72 and 73 requirements for personnel compliance.

Apply thorough understanding of the entire process and have the insight and knowledge of what DOCPER will approve and what they will not approve.

Utilize knowledge on how applicants submit their applications with their resumes and how to examine the resumes for DOCPER compliance prior to submission.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills and must be articulate in their ability to write and submit packages that will be approved by DOCPER over 95% of the time.

What does Leidos need from me?

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance required.

Three plus years of demonstrated experience with a BA/BS degree OR four plus years of experience with an AS degree or five plus years of experience with a high school diploma.

Experience with contractor requirements IAW Articles 72 & 73 of the SOFA, TESA requirements, and DOCPER requirements/procedures for OCONUS personnel.

Prior military or government SOFA/DOCPER training/certification.

Experience training individuals.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
