We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and implement effective social media strategies. This role will focus on enhancing brand presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance, and crafting compelling content to achieve business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
  Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Identify target audiences and establish clear goals for each platform.
• Content Creation and Management:
  Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging, on-brand content, including images, videos, and infographics. Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all platforms.
• Campaign Planning and Execution:
  Plan and manage social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring they align with the brand's objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  Track and analyze the performance of social media initiatives, campaigns, and platforms. Use data insights to continuously optimize strategies, boost engagement, and improve conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and familiar with emerging platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite), and reporting metrics.
