We're building one of India's leading online skill gaming platforms with a strong focus on real-time, opinion-based engagement. As our Twitter Account Manager, you'll be responsible for scaling our Twitter presence from the ground up, creating engaging content, and building a vibrant community around the brand.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop witty, on-brand, and shareable content across diverse topics like sports, news, and finance. Leverage trends to boost visibility and engagement.
• Account Growth: Own and execute the strategy to scale the Twitter account organically to 200K+ followers.
• Publishing & Scheduling: Manage and experiment with posting schedules to optimize for engagement and reach.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) and iterate strategy based on insights.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the audiencerespond to comments, mentions, and DMs to spark conversations and grow brand affinity.
• Twitter Algorithm Expertise: Utilize platform insights and algorithm knowledge to boost content visibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content and marketing teams to align messaging and amplify cross-platform campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience scaling a Twitter handle from 0 to at least 50K followers.
• Deep understanding of Twitter's algorithm and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft concise, high-impact content.
• Experience creating content that resonates with targeted online communities.
