The Company:

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.

The History:

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer + Sports Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20per hr up to $45per hr.

• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

ALL WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Experience working with children 5 years and under
• Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
• an enjoyment for playing all kinds of sports
• Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
• Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
• availability to coach on weekday afternoons and/or weekend mornings
• Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS

COVID-19 Information:

Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely-held religious belief; some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state specific mandates. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required, and will be requested in the other regions.
