Job Description

S&K Building Services is expanding our team and we're looking for a part time Snow Removal Technician, an integral part of our team. Beyond that, if you're looking for advancement opportunities, we love to train and promote from within!

What You'll Do

Effectively clear snow and ice from various surfaces, including driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and roads, to ensure safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians during winter months.
Operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers, plows, and salt spreaders.
Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work order.
Effectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behind.
Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times.
Attend weekly safety meetings.

Who You Are

You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
You have reliable transportation to/from work and job sites.
You have a clean-cut appearance and able to adhere to our dress code.
You are able to lift up to 60lbs.
You have excellent time-management skills.
You adhere to high ethical standard.
You work well in a team environment.
You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

You have experience operating snow removal equipment.
You are bilingual (English & Spanish).
