We are looking for an elite producer who can take our short-form content to the next level.

Job Overview: The short-form producer will be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing top-tier short-form content. This role requires a mix of creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to move fast. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what makes content go viral and will be able to work within tight deadlines to deliver engaging videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce engaging short-form content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate fresh ideas and optimize content for maximum engagement
• Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
• Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining high-quality storytelling and production value
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt to platform algorithm changes to keep content relevant and effective
• Manage shoots, direct talent, and make on-the-fly decisions to ensure successful execution
• Work closely with editors to ensure content is optimized for short-form platforms

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience producing viral short-form content with a strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting production needs
• Ability to think creatively and execute ideas with limited resources
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in video production, directing, and post-production workflows
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with YouTube creators or social media influencers
• Background in directing, cinematography, or editing
• A network of talented freelancers and production resources
• Ability to shoot and edit independently when needed

Benefits

Salary: $100-110k DOE with performance bonuses available. Full health benefits offered as well.
