Shipping Lead

Enviromedica is seeking an experienced Shipping Lead to manage our shipping operations and ensure the efficient delivery of our health and wellness consumer products. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader who is excited about playing a crucial part in a growing company that prioritizes quality, integrity, and outstanding service to our community.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead and mentor the shipping team to maintain high standards of performance, quality, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and FDA regulations throughout all shipping processes.
• Review shipping freight schedules, routes, and methods to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage shipping documentation and collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve any shipping issues.
• Conduct regular training sessions for shipping staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of shipping materials and coordinate reordering as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of shipping policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to address customer inquiries and concerns regarding shipping.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping and logistics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, including international shipping protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in major shipping software and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with extended hours as needed
