About the Role As a?Service Coordinator, you will manage the full lifecycle of service requests?from?initial?review through resolution.You'll?verify job details, coordinate scheduling, support field teams, and keep customers informed every step of the way. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple active service files while?maintaining?accuracy and urgency. Key Responsibilities?

• Review service requests and?determine?next steps based on job details and documentation??

• Verify and?maintain?accurate?job information, records, and supporting files??

• Coordinate and schedule service visits, inspections, and follow-ups??

• Communicate with customers throughout the service process??

• Monitor service progress and day-of-service activity through completion??

• Resolve service issues with installers, vendors, and internal teams??

• Manage follow-ups such as?additional?visits, materials, and inspections?

• Strong customer service or customer-facing experience??

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills??

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail??

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment??

• Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues??

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support preferred??

• Experience in home improvement, flooring, or service industries is a plus?

• Hourly pay range: $20-$23?
