Server Assistant

Urbana Country Club is seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Busser/Server Assistants. In this role, you will work closely with the wait staff and kitchen staff to provide exceptional service to our members and guests.

Your responsibilities will include setting and clearing tables, refilling water glasses, assisting with food delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate should have a positive and friendly attitude, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
