Job Title : Senior Technical Architect - Generative AI (Gen AI)

Salary : $170,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)

Location: Remote

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Architect with expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead cutting-edge projects and deliver AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in machine learning, prompt engineering, and retrievable augmented generation (RAG) to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI solutions.

You will play a critical role in guiding our engineering teams, aligning projects with technical roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business alignment and innovation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about harnessing the power of Gen AI to solve complex business problems.

• Lead GenAI Client Engagements : Oversee client-facing engagements, translating business needs into technical solutions and aligning the engineering team toward an actionable roadmap.
• Architect Machine Learning Systems : Design and build AI/ML systems with a focus on LLMs, RAG, and agents, including solution workflow and pipeline design.
• Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business SMEs to perform in-depth analyses, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions for GenAI and machine learning projects.
• Code Development & Review : Leverage hands-on skills in Python, Langchain, and SQL to develop, test, and review code, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.
• Optimize Cloud Infrastructure : Use your knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) to architect secure, scalable, and efficient GenAI solutions.

• Experience :
• 10+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI techniques, especially prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agents.
• Proven experience in client-facing LLM and RAG implementations.
• Technical Proficiency :
• Strong programming skills in Python , Langchain , and SQL .
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Communication : Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business SMEs, translating technical concepts into business insights.
