One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior/Staff AI Engineer in the United States .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer to lead the development of AI-first SaaS products powered by advanced Large Quantitative Models (LQMs) and agentic frameworks. In this role, you'll work alongside a high-caliber team of engineers and scientists to design, prototype, and deliver complex software systems from the ground up. You will have a central role in shaping product architecture, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of new solutions. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and testing of scalable AI-first software systems from concept to deployment.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for architecture decisions and product development.
• Implement best practices in AI-driven engineering including CI/CD, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI researchers, product teams, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Plan and prioritize technical tasks, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Document architecture, codebase updates, and system decisions for technical transparency and continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development or related technical domains.
• Proven success delivering scalable, production-level applications using languages such as Python or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and tools like Terraform, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Linux-based systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Preferred experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring technical teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 20%) for client meetings or demos.
