Requirements

About You:

• Hands-on experience in web development
• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or Golang and have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and the ability to build scalable, maintainable systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-impact products in fast-paced environments
• Have a history of influencing others outside of your team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

Bonus Points:

• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Professional experience with video streaming technologies
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $215,000 annually. Range reflects base salary only. It does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the U.S. for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
