About the Role ? Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will:

• Lead and own large parts of the product, taking features from ideation to implementation and scaling
• Balance frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python) responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver impactful experiences for millions of users
• Work in a hybrid model (San Francisco office, 3 days in-office), with potential consideration for NYC-based candidates

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development, building delightful UI/UX for millions of daily page views
• Build and maintain backend systems in Python
• Work with SQL and Postgres for data modeling and queries
• Scope and implement product features in a fast-paced startup environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design end-to-end systems
• Own products from concept to production

Requirements

• 3?10 years software engineering experience, preferably at startups
• Strong TypeScript skills for React frontend
• Strong Python backend experience
• Experience with SQL and Postgres
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy for creators
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scope solutions with teammates
• Experience leading and owning large features end-to-end
