Requirements

Job Summary - We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, who will play a key role in building and enhancing the technology that powers our flight booking platform. You'll work on challenges such as dynamic pricing, booking reliability, and third-party airline integrations. We're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with domain knowledgeor a passion to learnabout the travel and aviation industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building high-impact systems that serve thousands of users daily, we'd love to meet you.

Mandatory skillset -

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or a related subject.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, ideally in high-scale environments
• Proficient in C# dot net core, experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality and stability
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Troubleshoot problems with 3rd party integrations & provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Lead by example in code reviews, design, architecture discussions and mentoring juniors
• Participate in Incident management and solve production issues with sense of urgency and ownership

Preferred skillset

• Experience in Agile software development.
• Experience in travel or airline booking systems is a big plus
• Understanding of airline industry protocols (GDS, NDC, IATA standards) is a strong advantage
• Understanding of tools like ELK stack, Grafana, Druid etc would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation etc
• Experience with any cloud platform (GCP is a plus, AWS, Azure etc)
• Experience in a small team handling while working as an individual contributor
