Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media, marketing technology, and digital product trends to identify new opportunities and innovative product ideas.
• Gather business and customer requirements through stakeholder discussions and convert them into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support product decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline research, documentation, competitive analysis, reporting, and product workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Support product planning by maintaining documentation, prioritizing requirements, and tracking feature progress.
• Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate product insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing user experience and product adoption.
• Assist in validating new features through customer feedback, market research, and data-driven analysis.
• Continuously explore new technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices to improve product development processes.

• 6?12 months of experience in?Business Analysis, Product Support, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, user story creation, and business process analysis.
• Familiarity with?MarTech, AdTech, digital products, or SaaS platforms is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, documentation, or analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Good knowledge of data analysis techniques and customer feedback analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn emerging technologies and product management practices.
