KBR is seeking a Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer with a background in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering to join our team in Chantilly, Va. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of RF design analysis, and testing, as well as experience integrating RF solutions into complex system architectures. This role involves , working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of technologies into larger systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards. The selected candidate will serve as an advisor to the US Government supporting the definition of new mission requirements and overseeing the development of next-generation SIGiNT systems.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate/maintain Program Concept of Operations with enterprise stakeholders

Review ground segment development activities

Monitor progress and adherence to cost/schedule

Monitor relevant external ground systems development for adherence to schedule and potential impacts to the program development and external interfaces

Engage Customer enterprise stakeholders to provide an understanding of active RF operations and end-to-end processes in support of these activities

Handle application development and traditional TCPED processes

Propose Policy/Governance processes

Administer the Program Demonstration/Working Group

Maintain the Program Demonstration Test Plan

Coordinate mission support & tasking with program customers

Submit technical evaluations of developer proposals

Manage/Monitor SIGINT Mission Compliance Training for program personnel

Review Program Compliance and Data Protection Plan

Review mission data files processed through to a customer repository for quality control and completeness

Location: On-site

Travel Requirements: Minimal 20%

Qualifications:Required:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master degree preferred)

l 0+ years of experience in SIGINT systems engineering

Strong knowledge of SIGINT mission space and ground systems

Experience with system-to-system interfaces and integration

+ Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and d evelopment teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

+ Solid understanding of RF components such as antennas, filters; amplifiers mixers, and oscillators

Knowledge of RF safety standard and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles
