Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Lead to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about search, stays ahead of evolving search engine trends, and knows how to drive measurable organic growth. The ideal candidate combines deep technical and strategic SEO expertise with strong client management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and business growth.
Manage and build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted SEO advisor.
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve search rankings.
Stay current with Google's algorithm updates and emerging search technologies, including AI-powered search experiences.
Optimize websites for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance visibility across AI search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using industry-standard analytics and SEO tools.
Identify new opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and overall digital performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and website performance optimization.
Proven experience managing client relationships and presenting SEO strategies and performance reports.
Solid understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and optimizing content for AI-driven search platforms and LLM visibility.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop data-driven SEO strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) organizations.
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and SEO.
