We are in search of a Salesforce Software Developer to join our Health Solutions Technology team within the Leidos Health & Civil Sector. In this role, you will help customers solve their more demanding challenges via technology, modernization, transformation processes, and proven methods and solutions. As part of a creative, forward-thinking team, you will help shape solutions to make the world safer, healthier, and more efficient. This position will be responsible to design Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions for Leidos customers, participating in the new business development, and provide strategic engineering support for our salesforce development teams on existing programs. In addition to this, you will provide salesforce engineering subject matter expertise in the development of optimal and differentiated Leidos solutions to be delivered on programs, in proposals, or on research and development projects.

THE CHALLENGE:

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Division CTOs to design and build Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions ? both prototype/MVP and full production solutions ? meeting schedule and project objectives agreed to for the projects.

Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.

Ensure all Salesforce solutions adhere to government security requirements such as FEDRAMP, IL4+, ATO, and other relevant infrastructure and security standards.

Must have previous experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) and the use of Jira and Confluence to manage and document workload.

Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Health, Service, and platform solutions.

Participate in peer and technical reviews to ensure comprehensive solutions are being developed.

Ensure documentation and completion of the steps for testing.

Support the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce application........

Collaborative project and workstream planning.

Support BD and Proposal efforts for US Government Clients.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

Bachelor Science degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.

Requirement for US Citizenship

with ability to achieve and maintain a US Federal government clearance.

At least 5 years' experience in a leading role/team lead for delivery of Salesforce projects.

MUST HAVE experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare customers.

MUST HAVE: Healthcare IT implementation experience, knowledge of HIPAA, and experience implementing solutions which protect PII and PHI data.

Preference for Health Cloud implementation experience with Federal/Public sector over Commercial sector

At least one of the following Salesforce certifications:

o ServiceCloud Consultant, HyperAutomation Specialist, Platform App Developer, Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator, Advanced Administrator

Salesforce developers? w/solution development experience in these products:

HealthCloud,

Experience Cloud,

ServiceCloud,

Lightening Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, AnyPoint Studio, Visualforce, Flosum, Copado

Salesforce developers with 6+ years of Apex coding experience with quantifiable examples to support the quality and velocity of your personal production and output.

Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and developing SW code that meets industry standards.

AWS Connect telephony solutions.

Mature communication skills and an understanding of timely communication.

Well-developed problem-solving skills and analytical mind ? someone who understands the project objectives and can account for in their specific.

Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.

A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends.

Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.

Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.

Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

Experience implementing Salesforce DataCloud solutions and using analytics to extract knowledge and insights from the health data from the enterprise.

Salesforce Designer certifications.

Salesforce Architecture certifications.

Active in the Salesforce community.

MuleSoft certifications: MuleSoft Developer I and II, HyperAutomation Specialist, MuleSoft Integration Architect, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, System Architect

MuleSoft API development experience.

Prior experience and knowledge of RESTful services, XML, JSON, and microservices.

Experience with other Low Code/No Code products besides Salesforce.

Other object-oriented programming knowledge and technology experience (Java, Spring) to provide secondary work path.

AWS Commercial and AWS GovCloud experience.

Tableau experience for developing integrated data analytics from Salesforce/MuleSoft implementations.

Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and tools.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
