The Role Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Country Manager for India to lead the company?s next phase of growth in one of the world?s most dynamic gaming markets. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and the Board, the Country Manager will have full responsibility for the India business, including P&L ownership, strategy, operations, revenue growth, partnerships, and team leadership. This is a core leadership role responsible for scaling the company into one of India?s leading gaming and youth entertainment platforms while building sustainable revenue streams across media, IP, events, and brand partnerships. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, operational leadership, deep understanding of digital youth culture, and strong commercial instincts, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
