Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities is to drive down the order Splits for Amazon.in on an ongoing basis, using all input parameters across inventory stocking at FCs(both Amazon & External) , technology tools, working with the relevant category partner teams to drive customer order behavior on the platform to support driving up Units per Purchase and Units per Box.
The role requires complete ownership end to end of the Splits program for A.in and reports to the Supply Chain Ops Integration Sr Manager. It requires ongoing engagement with operations and business stakeholders at a senior level, working closely with stakeholders to define goals and deliver to them year on year.
About the team
The Ops integration team is a central team within IN Ops focused with multiple pods - Packaging, Reusable Containers, Splits, On Package Advertising and Sustainability. The Splits program focuses on packaging splits reduction initiatives and has a direct bearing on customer experience and profitability. Stakeholders include leaders at L8 at FC and VP level at IN market place plus Directors, Sr Managers and peers. Skill requires sharp data analysis, interpretation and articulation with stakeholders and safeguard the tenets of the program through engaging with the stakeholder. It is a high visibility role with high impact.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
