Job Description
As a Sr. Product Manager-Technical in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation you will lead the vision, roadmap and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, BI Managers, Data Engineers, BIEs, and TPMs. You will understand the inputs from multiple sources and develop a product vision and strategy to achieve the goals of Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team. You will own one or more data products in S&A space. Our initiative is in early stage with a bold vision, highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in early days.

Key job responsibilities
The critical functions for this leader are as follows:
Own one or more products in Data Delivery area
Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.
Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders.
A day in the life
As a Product Leader in S&A, you are empowered to make data-driven decisions. You are expected to articulate your point of view with crisp communication, demonstrate you are able to synthesize the inputs from your partners and stakeholders, and achieve alignment in harmonious way. You will proactively manage product backlog and work closely with your tech team and TPMs to ensure deliveries that deliver both value and take the product towards S&A North Star vision. You will develop prioritization frameworks and apply them in alignment with your partners. You will constantly monitor and update mechanisms based on their effectiveness.
About the team
WW Ops Finance S&A Data Delivery team is tasked with a critical component in the overall S&A tech strategy. We own the data delivery for our partner teams such as Planning, Bridging, Reporting and Controllership. We are tasked to think from a product perspective and bring value to our partners to accelerate their products/reports delivery.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
