Job Description

OneTouch Direct is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end payroll process for our organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation while adhering to relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and processing of the bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
Review and reconcile payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
Collaborate with HR, accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate employee data management.
Generate payroll reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
Stay informed on changes in payroll laws and best practices to enhance payroll operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience with ADP is a plus.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
