Senior Payroll Administrator

OneTouch Direct is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end payroll process for our organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation while adhering to relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and processing of the bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Review and reconcile payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate employee data management.
• Generate payroll reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed on changes in payroll laws and best practices to enhance payroll operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with ADP is a plus.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
