The Opportunity

As the Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance, you will oversee the team responsible for initiating and executing Field Action related activities and is a key contact with national regulators. Responsible for leading projects with cross functional teams such as Commercial, Regulatory Affairs and Project Management as the point of contact during Field Actions and continuous process improvements.

What You'll Work On

Provide oversight on team responsible for completing field action documentation and tracking Field Action responses and updates to national regulators, ensuring timely submission to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Responsible for reviewing Field Action packages and all relevant documentation to ensure are completeness and accuracy.

Develops strategies and project manages Field Action activities by working cross-functionally, then presenting to Executive Management.

Works with the appropriate business functions to assess Field Action communication effectiveness as needed.

Acts as the Field Action subject matter expert for all ADC business audits.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required

Min 7 yrs in medical device industry, Quality Assurance function

Previous experience in leading, supervising, or managing a team

Experience with presenting to Executive Management

Ability to project manage cross-functionally

Knowledge of Field Action processes
