The Opportunity:

Provides leadership & strategy for a group of IT professionals supporting a major organizational unit responsible for the definition, development, implementation, operation and support of computer-based systems and related processes and tools which provide information for reporting, operations, and decision making for the

LMS (Learning Management) and DMS (Document Management) Systems within Quality.

What You'll Work On:

Creates and manages Corporate LMS & DMS Strategies and Architectural Framework in partnership with Divisional BRM?s

Aligns department priorities appropriately, determines critical success factors, evaluates and pursues initiatives, investments and opportunities based on fit with strategies.

Champions change and innovation. Stimulates creativity and innovation in others. Open to new ideas. Supports those who initiate change - and take risks.

Understands and contributes to organization's vision, goals and strategies.

Promotes a Global Perspective and co-facilitates the Community of Practices for both the LMS and DMS areas.

Ensure that IT solutions meet the needs of the business.

Negotiate for and secures resources to meet the long-range operational demands of the area.

Oversees project capital/RCE expenditures & ROI: develop, monitor and meet expense and recovery plans; continually look for opportunities for cost reductions and cost avoidance.

Manages IT investments and vendor partnership relationships for the function.

Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels of staff across the company and with external partners.

Responsible for

compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Management Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of people leadership; setting expectations, coaching, counseling, developing, evaluating, feedback, hiring, discipline and separations.

Determine necessary mix of skill set.

Responsible for overall morale of team and promotes cohesive attitude.

Establishes staffing/resource plans, determining appropriate mix of sourcing opportunities (outsourcing, offshoring and hot skills).

Responsible for overall organizational effectiveness and compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures. Participates in setting policies and procedures.

Effectively deals with employee issues in a constructive and timely manner.

Makes strategic decisions that impact division or site.

Manage shared services that span multiple teams across the world and cross cultures .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU'LL BRING

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served.

Minimum Experience / Training Required

10+ years of overall experience, including 5 years systems management experience working across various platforms (CRM/LMS/DMS) and multiple divisions in a global environment.

Act as an IT System Owner managing direct/indirect teams.

Experience should also include project management, systems consulting, employee development, and strategic system planning input.

Compliance experience working with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience in LMS/DMS developing and managing LMS/DMS corporate strategies.

Exposure to platforms like

Cornerstone OnDemand/ Documentum , etc.

Supervisory responsibility:

Manages 3 or more leads and managers which includes 10 - 20 + employees or/and contractors, direct/indirect.

MISC: This is an onsite role located in IL/MN/TX locations. This is NOT a remote role/opportunity.

The base pay for this position is $127,300.00 - $254,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
