Senior Litigation Associate

Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC is seeking a senior litigation associate to join the Firm?s litigation practice group. Skills/Requirements: The ideal candidate should have at least two three to five years of experience working on commercial lawsuits in state and federal courts. Candidates should have excellent writing skills and want to work directly with clients and firm shareholders on all phases of a lawsuit. Duties/Responsibilities: Work will include participation in internal and client strategy discussions; drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, written discovery, and jury instructions; taking and defending depositions; and appearing in court for hearings and trials.
