GWFG is seeking a senior-level transactional real estate associate with extensive experience representing sophisticated clients in connection with all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting contracts of sale, financing documents, operating and joint venture agreements with respect to the sale and acquisition of a broad range of asset classes ranging from multifamily/residential, commercial, office buildings, mixed use properties, hotels, distressed assets and vacant land.
