We're searching for aSenior ISR IQT Training Specialist to support the Common Mission Control Center (CMCC) at Beale AFB, CA. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command?s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must already possess a TS/SCI security clearance.

The Challenge:

Provide formal training for personnel assigned to support the Common Mission Control Center (CMCC).

Develop and prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.

Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.

Training topics shall include ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.

What Sets You Apart:

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or Master?s degree and 8 years of relevant experience. (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

Certified as an All source Intelligence Officer or NCO (14N, 1N0).

Experience as an IQT/MQT trainer and/or evaluator for USAF ISR platforms/weapon systems.

Current TS/SCI security clearance on day 1.

Prior SAP experience or background suitable for SAP.

Nice to Have (Highly Desired):

Experience and Certification as an IIQC/IFTU instructor; Instructor certification.

Experience supporting ISR program Unit Level Intelligence.

Familiarity of Air Force Training Program.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
