Senior Information Security Analyst

Saalex Corporation?is seeking a?Senior Information Security Analyst?in?Saint Inigoes, MD.?Saalex is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services. Position Type:?Full-Time/Contingent Salary:?$77K-$172K (depending on experience) Work Location:?Hybrid remote/in-office (see onsite requirements below). **Onsite Requirements:?Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite at Saint Inigoes, MD.

Essential Functions:

• The ideal candidate will have experience with planning, implementing, upgrading, or monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
• Assess system vulnerabilities for security risks and propose and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• May ensure that appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
• May respond to computer security breaches and viruses.
• Assist the development of system IA documentation.

Requirements Required:

• Minimum seven years of experience required.
• At least four of those years of experience must have included secure network and system design, analysis, procedure/test generation, test execution, and implementation of computer/network security mechanisms.
• At least three years of experience must have included military C6ISR systems.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering from an ABET accredited or NCAE designated institution OR hold the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Federal IT Security Professional-Designer-NG (FITSP-D) GIAC Cloud Security Automation (GCSA) GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance (SCI) required, interim TS acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Benefits
