Senior HVAC Service Technician

Join our team as a Senior HVAC Service Technician at Krauss Company! In this integral role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. A typical day may involve diagnosing issues with chillers, rooftop units, boilers, and cooling towers, as well as collaborating with colleagues to ensure top-notch service delivery. With your expertise and skills, you will help us maintain the comfort and safety of our clients.

$30 to $40 per hour starting hourly rate, depending on experience!

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Strong background in commercial and industrial large equipment.
• Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with centrifugal chillers, air-cooled and water-cooled screw, scroll and reciprocating chillers, packaged rooftop units, split systems, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and building automation systems.
• Completion of specialized courses in commercial wiring practices with a strong understanding of codes and safety measures.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High level of mental and physical aptitude.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.

• Experience with advanced building automation systems can be an asset.
• Certification from HVAC Professional Organizations.
• Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
