This role is key in shaping brand identity, refining processes, managing workflows, and leading a design team to produce high-quality creative work that aligns with our marketing goals.

Upholding brand's identity through logo design, design elements, and typography while contributing & maintaining the standards across all design projects ensuring a consistent look and feel.
Create engaging and persuasive visuals for Amazon ads, banners, and product images that capture attention and drive conversions.

Establishing internal processes, setting OKRs, and developing strategies to enhance the design team's productivity.

Collaborate with different teams to obtain knowledge of the clients? requirements with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Required Qualification:

Proven experience of 2+ years as a creative manager/director or in a similar creative role

BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset

Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.

Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing and graphic design

Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print

Strong background in graphic design and a portfolio of creative work for Amazon Platform

Must Haves/ Skill Competencies:

Understanding of Design Principles : Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools
Understanding of Branding
Basic Knowledge of Web Design

Project Management and Leadership
