As a Senior Graphic Designer/Editor at apna.co, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and creative expression of one of India's most dynamic brands. Your primary focus will be on the edtech vertical, where you'll help build a strong, consistent, and high-performing brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints.

You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to translate business needs into creative assets that are engaging, high-converting, and on-brand. From eye-catching social media posts to immersive videos, and from performance creatives to event collateral your work will directly impact brand perception and user engagement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Creatives: Research global and industry design standards and create compelling static and video content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Performance Marketing Assets: Design high-impact visuals and videos for both employer and candidate-facing campaigns that drive conversions.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and elevate the visual identity of apna across all external communication channels, ensuring consistency and premium quality.
• Event Collateral Design: Design physical branding material such as backdrops, banners, brochures, notepads, and other event-related accessories.
• Attention to Detail: Apply a meticulous approach to design with an excellent eye for detail, cultural awareness, and current trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, photographers, art directors, and creative managers to bring concepts to life.
• Print Design Expertise: Create print-ready designs with a strong understanding of formats and production requirements.

• Experience: 57 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in fast-paced or in-house creative teams.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that demonstrates excellence in both design and video work.
  Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Storytelling & Visual Thinking: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and composition.
• Creative Process: Familiarity with scalable systems, reusable components, and design libraries.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with a creative spark; accountable, optimistic, and proactive in problem-solving.
