XperiencOps Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in back-end technologies to design and implement outstanding software solutions that align with our business goals. You possess advanced skills in creating and implementing serverless architectures capable of effectively managing Frontend and Backend Systems with complex processing needs, all while maintaining strong resilience and throughput.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based serverless frameworks and possess the ability to create scalable systems that maintain performance and reliability under varying loads. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on user facing applications and associated backend modules, design and develop , and build scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development : Lead the development of frontend features, ensuring a seamless and performant user experience. Contribute to backend development when needed, ensuring smooth integration with frontend components.
• Agile Collaboration : Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to implement and refine UI/UX designs.
• API Integration : Develop and manage APIs that facilitate seamless communication between client-side applications and back-end services.
• Frontend Design & Architecture: Build, test, and maintain scalable frontend architecture using React.js and other modern frontend frameworks and best practices.
• Code Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and reliability of data platform through rigorous testing and validation.
• Technical Leadership: Promote and champion a robust engineering culture that emphasizes quality, innovation, and accountability. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior backend engineers.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to design decisions, architecture, and codebases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend and backend engineer experience using React.js, Python and Typescript.
• 5+ years of experience in design and develop API driven backend systems. Experience with AWS Serverless technologies and GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB) and data modeling.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and data analysis methods.
• Passionate about building data products, ability to learn new domains and business models.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work on complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of early-stage startups.
• Skilled at adapting to shifting priorities and effectively planning projects in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $175,000 - $214,000 USD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
