The Senior Manager leads and supports efforts to influence and establish federal policy to advance Rewiring America's mission. This position plays a critical role on the Policy team by developing innovative policies and strategies, producing policy analyses and recommendations, managing internal relationships and coalitions, managing projects, developing and leading campaigns, and cultivating networks with external partners. This position reports to the Senior Director of Federal Policy.

The Senior Federal Policy Manager joins a team that operates with a sense of urgency and a track record of success across the fields of science, technology, business, policy, and politics. The Senior Federal Policy Manager must add leadership, strategy, project management, innovative thinking, creative problem-solving, and networking skills to the team.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 USD, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
