Job Description

Our client ? a Life Science Company whose mission is bringing to market sustainable and renewably-sourced product ? is looking for a transactional counsel with at least six years of experience either at a law firm or in house. The chosen candidate?s responsibilities will include small to large contracts and rolling up their sleeves to move deals foward while being an analytical thinker who is passionate for their own viewpoint and is in to solutions. Experience with drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex agreements with both technical and commercial terms. Said attorney will be the point of contact for contractual issues supporting the commercial sales, business development, R&D, corporate development and administrative functions.
