We're seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Director of Shopper Marketing to lead a team of 6 and drive strategic execution across our retailer and customer network. This leader will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, collaborating closely with Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Retail Partners to bring CELSIUS brand initiatives to life at the point of purchase.

While our Brand and Marketing teams develop national programs, this role will be responsible for modifying, selling in, and scaling those programs across a vast and diverse retail landscape. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at turning strategy into in-store success.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a Shopper Marketing team of 6, providing strategic guidance, development, and direction.
• Serve as the primary connector between Marketing, Sales, and key customer teams to ensure seamless program alignment.
• Tailor and adapt national brand programs to fit the needs of various retailers, categories, and customer types.
• Partner with Field Sales and Key Account Managers to build retailer-specific sell-in materials and secure support for in-store executions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive excellence at retail.
• Champion data-informed decision-making using shopper insights, category trends, and retailer performance metrics.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all shopper touchpoints.
• Support the annual planning process and customer marketing strategy across all classes of trade (grocery, mass, convenience, club, specialty, etc.).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Brand Activation within CPG or beverage industries.
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior-level cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of retail landscapes and shopper behavior across multiple channels.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to sell-in ideas and adjust storytelling for different audiences.
• Ability to translate national brand strategy into tailored customer-specific programming.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
