Your Roles & Goals

You will be leading the HVAC Design for Space Matrix and be aligned to Space Matrix goals and targets of revenue, client acquisitions, client retention through client success and thought leadership.

• Client satisfaction is ingrained in our fundamental values and you will be responsible for understanding from MEP perspective, the client's key business drivers influencing their decision-making process and how these decisions will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals.

• You will be leading and owning the Design activities for HVAC vertical and create holistic solutioning to fulfil client's needs .
• You will be driving the Space Matrix proposition to be most value added/unique for the pitch/proposals.

• You will ensure to create coordinated solutions and work together as an effective team member towards common goals.

• You will lead the projects as HVAC Sr. Designer and make sure the project is successful and well within the budget and timeline with highest client satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for the quality of HVAC design and will make sure all designs are within the budget.
• You will attend all client meetings to explain the design concept and detailed design. Visit sites as per the project requirement and provide solutions where and when required.
• You will review all drawings in Revit models and prepare BOQ and budget for projects.
• You will plan and prepare the project design schedules and adhere to the timelines and be a team player.
• You will guide the junior members to succeed in their work and own the projects of your team completely.
• You will make sure all projects are reviewed before sent our as concept or detailed design.
