Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of California 10+ years of experience in corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department Proven track record of managing client matters independently and a demonstrated interest in providing advice and counsel to clients with a broad spectrum delivering high-quality legal work Deep understanding of corporate law issues. Successful candidates will have experience with a broad range of corporate transactions, law, M&A, securities, investments, and business transactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical ability A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and professional growth Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and will collaborate with others in the other corporate group transactions Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and documents Conduct legal research and analysis to achieve the best possible results support client needs and objectives Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored legal solutions Stay updated on changes in corporate law and industry trends to effectively advise client Office Location This position can be based in any of our offices: Silicon Valley (downtown San Jose), Tri-Valley (Pleasanton), or Peninsula (San Mateo). Travel between locations may be necessary. Compensation Compensation packages for our clients.
