Job Description

Review and evaluate payment requests for compliance and finance control purpose,

process approved payment.

Administer all cashier bank activities and data in accordance with the Company's

policies and procedure as well as bank balances for financial funding propose.

Prepare journal entries for day to day transactions.

Assist with month-end works, including bank reconciliation, operating cash flow, and

financial work paper.

Perform quarterly close, prepare quarterly work paper and financial reports.

Preview closing statement of condo units and advise adjustments based as needed.

Prepare company and real estate project budgeting based on the monthly expenses and

project plan.

Assist with effective financial forecasts on a periodic basis for strategic planning and

resource allocation for senior management decision.

Provide project status and financial data to lenders and government.

Assist with real estate tax, corporate tax, and other governmental tax reporting.

Assist with audits; collect and gather information and supporting document for

auditors.

Support department logistic work, including but not limited to manual paperwork

filing, compliance process review, and etc.

Work on Ad-hoc financial reports as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related major

2+ years accounting experience;

Real Estate accounting or CPA firm experience preferred

CPA or CPA candidate is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Written and oral proficiency in Mandarin preferred.

Detail-oriented, time management and multi-tasking skills;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
