At New Horizons, we are dedicated to advancing "the rights and life choices of individuals within the neurodiverse community and their families through a broad range of high-quality, innovative and personalized services." We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Coordinator & Training Lead to help lead our Pathways Program. Pathways is a unique on the job training program that provides neurodiverse individuals an opportunity to learn the skills they need to put them on the Pathway to competitive employment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of services and implementing a comprehensive training program for our staff.
As the Senior Coordinator & Training Lead for the Pathways Program, your main objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of the program and promote the professional development of our staff. You will work closely with the Employment Services (ES) Manager and the Employment Services leadership team. You'll help coordinate and assign job coaches to various training sites, and play a key role in the design and implementation of an onboarding mentor program to help train new hires. Additionally, you will oversee the coordination of services for our Members and ensure that their individual needs are met.
