Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Estimator with a deep understanding of self-performed, multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California. If you have 10+ years of estimating experience in this specialized field and excel at analyzing production rates, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
• Accurately estimate man-hour production rates for various formwork systems, placing, and finishing tasks, leveraging historical data.
• Analyze and interpret project specifications, drawings, and construction documents to prepare precise cost estimates.
• Utilize estimating software, including Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff (experience with Model-Based Estimating is a plus).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to refine estimates and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience estimating self-performed cast-in-place concrete structures.
• Strong understanding of formwork systems, material costs, and labor efficiencies in concrete construction.
• Proficiency with estimating software tools; familiarity with Model-Based Estimating is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
