Description:

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Houston. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish. You will oversee the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and utilities. Your work will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while delivering innovative solutions.

In this role, you will conduct feasibility studies, prepare detailed reports, and create cost estimates. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements. You will also mentor junior engineers, review engineering drawings, and solve complex technical challenges.

To succeed in this role, you need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field . A master's degree and a Professional Engineer (PE) license are preferred. You should have at least 7 years of experience in civil engineering , with expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, site grading, drainage systems, stormwater quality measures, utilities, and paving. Proficiency in engineering design software and tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
