Location: Aiea, Hawaii (Relocation assistance available)
Mission:
Support Asia Pacific Strategic Sourcing federal procurement missions
Role Highlights:
Procure IT hardware, maintenance/support materials, data, goods/services, and components
Negotiate favorable prices and terms for higher complexity procurements
Administer purchase orders, maintain files, and manage supplier relationships
Create solicitations, support proposals, and conduct price/cost analysis
Complete high-risk procurements and complex supplier negotiations
Confer with suppliers to determine cost-effective solutions
Recommend procurement process improvements
Mentor and support peers
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience (additional relevant experience, training, or certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
Experience buying tangible goods
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
CostPoint experience
Terms and Conditions negotiation experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service mentality
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
