Job Title: Central Sales (New Grad-Rochester, NY)

Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs.

Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility with attention to part no. obsolescence.

Assist program manager on large RFQ?s/proposal efforts.

Ensure all quotes and opportunities are successfully maintained with pricing and shipping date information from inception to booking.

Provide technical support/answers to customers and dealers technical requests.

Product demonstration lead for international demonstrations.

Assist in hosting customers visiting Rochester for Sales and Program efforts.

Obtain delivery schedule requests from B&P for contractual delivery obligations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems

Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate must possess effective time management skills

The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate must possess a high-level of confidence and be a self-starter

Ability to take on more responsibility over a period of time

Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $55,500 - $103,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
