Requirements

We're looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our team in building cutting-edge AI solutions using NLP, RAG, and LLM technologies. You'll work directly with clients and our internal teams to bring innovative AI projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client partnerships to define strategic AI solutions and technical roadmaps
• Architect and implement advanced NLP models and RAG systems for complex client challenges
• Design, customize, and finetune Large Language Models for enterprise-grade applications
• Manage multiple high-priority projects while ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery
• Develop sophisticated data processing pipelines and experimental frameworks for model optimization
• Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies and establish best practices across teams
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and communicate complex solutions to stakeholders
  

What You'll Need:

• Expert-level Python/GOLang/C++ programming skills with production experience; Capability to quickly learn any other programming languages
• Deep understanding of NLP architectures and techniques beyond fundamentals
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
• Proven track record implementing and customizing LLMs and RAG systems at scale
• Research experience with SFT/RLHF/DPO/GRPO
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts across all organizational levels
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience architecting AI solutions on major cloud platforms (Palantir, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Publication in top AI conferences
• Advanced Git workflow knowledge and CI/CD implementation experience
• History of leading successful AI/NLP projects and mentoring junior team members

Benefits

Compensation:

The expected annual salary for this role is $190,000. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.

Position Location:

This position will work out of the TWG office on hybrid in Santa Monica, CA. Consideration for a different working location will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
