Senior Associate Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Senior Associate to join our team. This role will play an integral part in managing our financial processes, including handling platform expenses, accounts receivable and payable, monthly close activities, and payroll. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives on accuracy, and has a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly expense reconciliation and transaction matching across multiple financial systems
• Maintain rules, permissions, and configurations, of various accounting and expense platforms while providing ad-hoc support and creating insights for the Finance team.
• Oversee customer invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide AR status updates to the Finance team.
• Handle all received invoices, ensuring accurate recording, categorization, and reporting on payables.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and categorize expenses, supporting month-end close and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Process bi-weekly payroll, manage state tax compliance, and handle any ad-hoc payroll tasks, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
